That gave it some richness without fat, it was really good. I also used a small can of tomato sauce, garlic, cilantro, cumin, paprika, chili powder. You know, Mexican style stuff. I think there was more in there too, but I really can't remember. Some day I'll do it with just one pound and get measurements so I can post it for real.
